Personal Data Protection For Job Applicants

  1. "Personal Data" in relation to you as a job applicant includes your:
    • Name, NRIC / Passport number, address, telephone numbers
    • Resume
    • Photograph
    • Employment references
    • Employment and training history; an
    • Educational certifications and other records of qualifications.
  2. A job applicant’s personal data will be collected, used and/or disclosed for purposes in relation to your employment application. These purposes include, but are not limited to the following:
    • To assess and evaluate your suitability for employment in any current or prospective position within SNSB and its subsidiary and affiliated companies;
    • To conduct reference and background checks; and
    • To verify information provided in the application form.
  3. If your application is unsuccessful, we may retain and use the information which you provided for 6 months from the receipt of your curriculum vitae to deal with any matter which may arise in connection with your application, for purposes of contacting you in connection with ongoing recruitment opportunities.
